Veggie Spaghetti Bolognese is a regular in our house.
More often than not, we have left over sauce. So, instead of making the same dish again, I've started putting a small lasagne spin on it.
Using our oven proof & microwave safe scoop bowls, I simply layer the sauce and lasagne sheets and pop it into the oven.
It means the meals are portion controlled for little people and in a safe dish that heats evenly and cools quickly.
Preheat oven to 180 deg.
Layer the sauce and lasagne sheets in the scoop bowls.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Pop in the oven for 20 minutes.
Done... Dinner hack complete.
