When at home and you need to make a meal out of what you have in the cupboard - try this for a quick, filling and healthy hack!
Ingredients
Baked Beans
1 can of 3 bean mix
1 diced tomatoes
worstershire sauce
dollop of honey
dollop of mustard
Homemade Rolls
1 cup of SR flour
1 cup of Yoghurt
Method
Preheat oven to 180 deg.
Combine the Bean mixture in a saucepan on the stove, stir until cooked through.
Combine the flour and the yoghurt until the mixture becomes like a dough, divide into balls and pop in the oven for roughly 20 minutes or until they rise and look golden.
