Jo Whitton has some amazing, easy and healthy family recipes and we have been busy giving her recipes a go! These are so family friendly, the kids can make them themselves.
Ingredients
150g almond meal
3 dates
pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1/4 teaspoon of bi carb soda
50g of chopped dark chocolate
Method
Blend all the ingredients except the chocolate chips for 30 seconds on high speed.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Roll them into balls and let them set in the fridge.
