With kids around you always have apples on hand. If they are anything like my kids, some weeks all the apples go and then other weeks you seem to have extra!
Here is a recipe to use on those off weeks. It is simple, easy and tasty for everyone.
50g coconut oil
Sprinkle of Cinnamon
Mill the almonds, cinnamon and oats. Mix through the coconut oil and honey to a nice consistency.
Sprinkle on top of your chopped apples and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Dollop some yoghurt on top if desired.
