When at home and you need to whip up a quick and easy hot lunch, why not try this easy tuna bite recipe...
1 cup almond meal
2 large tins of tuna
1/2 cup of Greek yoghurt
1 tablespoons of lemon
Salt and Pepper
Preheat the oven to around 180 deg
Combine the above ingredients in a bowl and then portion out as many serves as you see fit, ours did around 4 mini bites.
Cook until they're golden brown.
Add extra Greek yoghurt and cheese as so desired!
