This is a 'go to' of mine for the family. It is Vegetarian but it is just as tasty as the regular version and a great healthy alternative.
I use my Thermomix to chop these ingredients but you can easily do this by hand.
1 can of lentils
1 jar of passata
1 pinch of curry powder
salt and pepper to taste
+ optional but I also add 1 tbs of vegetable broth by 'Nutra Organics.' I just love to add extra nutrients where I can.
With the veggies, it's really up to you how much you pop in - I don't think you can go wrong either way.
On the stove top, Thermomix, pressure cooker - whatever it is you use in your kitchen, cook as you would any Bolognese sauce along with your pasta and then you've done dinner!
