This is such an easy, kid friendly and nutritious snack - you can thank us for it later!
Grab the kids and let them get involved, we promise this recipe will not cause you to pull your hair out in frustration with your little helpers..
1 cup yoghurt
1 tablespoon of honey
A handful of berries.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Lay on a baking tray and simply freeze!
Voila! Great for a warm day and an afternoon snack.
