Homemade Marshmellows

My kids were SO excited to make marshmellows at home. This one wasn't hard to do, and the kids loved it.

Ingredients
3 Tbs gelatin
200g honey
1 cup water 
1/2 tsp vanilla

Method
Combine the water and gelatin in together and allow to sit for a minute. 
Add in the other ingredients and mix until well combined.
Pour into a baking tray and let it set in the fridge for at least an hour.

Once it is set, you can cut it up with a sharp knife or simply use kitchen scissors.
So much fun and really tasty!
