We manufacture our products to the highest standard, however in the unlikely event you have a problem with your product please contact us as soon as you note the fault and we will replace it. Please email us with a picture of the product fault. In some cases we may require the faulty product be returned and will send a return pre-paid postage satchel.

All of our products on our website are in stock. On occasion, we do offer pre-orders for products that are already on their way to us. If you purchase any items that are on pre-order we will hold your whole order until everything arrives.

All Little Woods products are carefully designed to comply with all relevant Australian safety standards. All current certificates are available on request. NB:International customers – we do not test to any other standards other than Australian AS/NZS 8124.1

We do not accept or process backorders. If we are unable to fulfil a style or item as requested then we will offer a replacement or a refund.

Freight is not included in the costs of the goods – we have a flat shipping rate of $4.95 or free shipping over $49.95 (retail customers only). We will, at our discretion, use any registered freight provider to dispatch your orders.
